On September 2021, the Minister of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania Aušrinė Armonaitė visited the office of Inovatyvi Medicina. We had the immense pleasure of presenting to her our endovascular robot Sentante, which for the first time ever enables fully remote endovascular procedures.

We are grateful to have had the opportunity to share with her our success and welcome her to visit again as we continue to grow.

We have had the great privilege to have been mentioned by the European Commision, which took note of our multidisciplinary team and work here at Inovatyvi Medicina. This article interviewed our CEO, vascular surgeon, and founder of Inovatyvi Medicina, Tomas Baltrūnas, as he introduced the dire clinical need for remote interventions for those working in his field. In this article, we introduced our first fully-robotic teleoperated system for endovascular interventions – Sentante, which at the time was called HAPGuide. We are grateful to the European Commision for their mention of our “smart and sensing robotic system for endovascular interventions with haptic feedback” and welcome all to follow our continued journey of advancing our work on this breakthrough technology.
