Assembly Engineer (Clean Room)
You will help ensure our product meets high standards of reliability and safety.
In this role, you will be responsible for the high-precision assembly of intricate medical components and sterile device modules within a specialized Clean Room environment.

responsibilities

Medical Device Assembly
Perform high-precision and high-quality assembly of products and sterile single-use cassettes inside a designated Clean Room environment, strictly following technical manufacturing instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). -
Equipment Maintenance & Control
Operate, monitor, and maintain specialized assembly tools, production fixtures, and control equipment to ensure continuous operational compliance and readiness. -
Quality Assurance
Conduct rigorous visual and technical inspections of assembled parts at various production stages to guarantee complete alignment with strict medical quality and safety guidelines. -
Process Optimization
Proactively contribute to the refinement of assembly operations, identifying workflow bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and proposing continuous improvement solutions to enhance manufacturing quality.
Required skills
Holder of, or currently actively pursuing, a university or college degree in a technical or engineering discipline (Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field).
Exceptional diligence, patience, and manual dexterity. A highly responsible approach to assigned tasks, understanding that manufacturing precision directly impacts patient safety.
Practical experience or strong capability in reading and accurately interpreting technical drawings, mechanical blueprints, or engineering schematics.
Strongly motivated, results-oriented, and an adaptive team player with a natural curiosity and willingness to learn complex technical workflows.
