Head of Marketing

As the Head of Marketing at Sentante, you will shape our early global marketing strategy, define our commercial positioning, and lay the critical groundwork for market entry as our groundbreaking robotic vascular surgery platform launches into the global healthcare market.

You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge robotic technology and real-world clinical application.

About the role

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, this is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role at a critical inflection point for the company. With our commercial product launch and CE certification imminent, you will transition us from an engineering-driven startup into a highly visible global commercial brand. You will act as both our chief storyteller and tactical executor. Initially operating as a powerhouse team-of-one for marketing operations, you will manage everything from high-level value proposition design and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement to the hands-on creation of sales enablement collateral and digital marketing assets.

Key
responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership

    Define and execute Sentante’s overarching global marketing strategy to firmly position the company as a pioneer in the surgical robotics sector. Serve as our chief storyteller, crafting and delivering a highly compelling, consistent narrative to doctors, hospital procurement boards, international investors, and strategic global partners.
  • Hands-On Go-to-Market Execution

    Plan, coordinate, and flawlessly execute all pre-commercial and commercial launch operations. Take direct responsibility for creating all essential marketing assets and tools, including technical product collateral, multi-channel digital content, and specialized sales enablement materials.
  • KOL & Clinical Engagement

    Proactively identify and build relationships with global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and early-adopter physicians to validate our market strategy and drive platform adoption. Support the planning and execution of clinical education programs, international conference presences, medical symposiums, and live surgical broadcast events.
  • Brand Identity & Awareness Building

    Continuously develop, evolve, and safeguard the Sentante brand ecosystem, ensuring total messaging consistency across all communication channels, materials, and clinical environments. Effectively manage and coordinate outside specialized agencies, including public relations (PR), design studios, and digital execution partners when scaling up projects.
  • Cross-Functional Executive Alignment

    Collaborate closely with executive leadership to co-author the company's voice, market messaging, and commercial positioning while monitoring budget allocation and tracking campaign metrics

Required skills

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related professional discipline.

Experience

5+ years of professional marketing experience specifically concentrated within the medical device sector, with significant leadership or high-ownership management experience.

Launch Track Record

A proven, successful track record of launching complex surgical equipment or capital medical devices and successfully driving clinical adoption in hospital networks.

Mobility

Full willingness and flexibility to travel internationally to interface with global clinical sites, support live surgical events, and represent the company at major medical congresses.

Language

Full professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) with exceptional communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
