Production Process Engineer
You will help ensure our product meets high standards of reliability and safety.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and uphold quality and safety standards.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams — comprising engineers, product managers, and medical professionals — to ensure that our technology meets the highest standards for patient care while aligning with regulatory and clinical guidelines.
Key
responsibilities

Process Design & Optimization
Analyze, develop, and implement efficient production processes that improve quality, and cost-effectiveness. Redesign workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and align with lean manufacturing principles.

Data Analysis & Technical Troubleshooting
Collect, analyze, and interpret production and quality data to detect trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Provide hands-on support to production teams in resolving technical or quality-related issues. Use data-driven approaches to validate process changes and new implementations.

Documentation & Compliance
Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions and routing sheets. Ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality systems.

Leadership & Assembly Supervision
Lead and manage the assembly team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, high performance, and strong team engagement. Organize workloads, plan shifts, and allocate resources to meet production targets. Ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Quality, R&D, Assembly, and Operations to introduce process improvements and technology upgrades. Support product development and scale-up efforts with robust process design input.
Required skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or industrial operations, preferably in a regulated industry. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process validation methods. Experience with ERP systems and technical documentation tools.
Interest in robotics and willingness to learn system testing and validation.
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead improvement initiatives from concept to implementation. English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
