Quality Specialist
You will help ensure our product meets high standards of reliability and safety.
In this role, you will be directly responsible for the Incoming Inspection process. Working closely with engineering, production, and supply chain team, you will safeguard product reliability, maintain precise measuring equipment, and drive non-conformance management to ensure full compliance with medical device standards.

responsibilities

Incoming Material Inspection
Perform thorough incoming quality control and testing of components, raw materials, and manufactured sub-assemblies to ensure full compliance with specifications and medical device standards. -
Precision Quality Measurements
Execute precise physical, dimensional, and functional measurements, maintaining clear data records and analytical reports. -
Equipment Maintenance & Calibration
Oversee the operational readiness, maintenance, and regular calibration of measurement instruments and quality inspection tools. -
Quality Documentation Management
Accurately complete, maintain, and manage quality control records, inspection logs, and certificates in alignment with our Quality Management System (QMS). -
Non-Conformance Management
Identify, log, and handle production and supplier non-conformances (NCs), working collaboratively with engineering teams to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
Required skills
Degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Practical experience in quality assurance or quality control (previous experience with Incoming Inspection or in a regulated industry, such as medical devices, is a strong plus).
Fluent command of English (both written and spoken) for daily technical communication and documentation.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
