Sourcing and Packaging Specialist (Single-Use Components)

Sentante is developing a robotic system for endovascular procedures. Every procedure depends on single-use components such as tubing, drapes and adapters, and each of them needs the right supplier and the right packaging before it can reach a hospital.

You will help ensure our product meets high standards of reliability and safety.

About the role

In this role you will own that path for our single-use components. You will find and qualify manufacturers and manage external vendors through development until each component is ready for serial supply. You will work closely with our Head of Procurement & Supply and with the Engineering, Quality, Regulatory and Production teams.

Key
responsibilities

Sourcing of Medical Components

Identify and evaluate manufacturers of single-use components: tubing, high-pressure tubing, drapes, adapters and consumables. Build at least two qualified supply options for every critical item.
RFQs, Negotiation & Supply Terms

Run RFIs and RFQs, compare offers and negotiate prices, lead times, minimum order quantities and supply terms.
Packaging Development

Source and manage external packaging design and
manufacturing vendors, from the primary sterile barrier to the shipping carton. You
own timelines, samples, iterations and change requests, and you prepare material
and design options for approval.
Label production

Source label printing vendors and make sure labels, stickers and markings are produced with materials, adhesives and printing methods resistant to sterilisation, humidity and transport.
Materials and Robustness

Together with vendors, select packaging materials (Tyvek, blister, cardboard, films) based on sterilisation method, shelf life and sustainability goals; organise transport and ageing tests with external labs.
Samples, Evaluation & Supplier Documentation

Organise sample evaluation with Engineering. Collect and check supplier documentation (certificates, material data, specifications) for the Quality and Regulatory teams.

Required skills

Education

Degree in engineering, materials or polymer technology, biomedical engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience

At least 4 years in sourcing, purchasing or supplier development in regulated manufacturing.

Languages

Fluent Lithuanian and English.

Strong Advantages

experience managing packaging or label vendors, particularly for
sterile medical products, basic knowledge of ISO 11607.
