Talent Acquisition & People Operations Partner

As Talent Acquisition & People Operations Partner at Sentante, you will help build the people side of a company that is scaling from a startup into a serious medical robotics organization.

You will work across the full employee journey — from hiring the right people to building the processes that let them do their best work

About the role

You will work side by side with our Head of HR and directly with team leads across engineering, production, quality and business functions. In a company of our size, this means both shaping how things are done and doing them yourself — there is no task here that is beneath anyone.

You will own hands-on recruitment, run onboarding and offboarding, help design and improve our HR processes, support the performance and competency system, and make sure that the everyday employee experience — including our internal events — actually works.

Key
responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Hiring

Own end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles — from production and engineering to business functions. Write job ads, source and screen candidates, run interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment agencies, and keep candidates informed and well treated from first contact to offer.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding

Run a smooth, structured onboarding that makes new joiners productive and welcome from day one, and manage the offboarding process with the same care. Continuously improve both based on what people actually tell you.
  • HR Processes & Improvement

Help design, document and improve the HR processes a scaling company needs — and then keep them alive in practice. You will spot what is missing, propose the fix, and implement it rather than waiting for a process to appear.
  • Performance & Competency Development

Support our performance review cycle and competency framework: preparing the process, guiding managers through it, tracking follow-ups, and helping translate the results into concrete development and training plans.
  • Employee Experience & Events

Plan and run internal events — team buildings, company-wide summer and winter events, celebrations and engagement activities — from concept and budget to the details on the day.
  • Everyday HR Partnership

Be the person employees and managers come to with day-to-day questions. Support HR documentation and data, keep records accurate, and take care of the practical, unglamorous work that makes everything else run.

Required skills

The Generalist

3–5 years of HR experience covering several areas — recruitment, onboarding, HR processes or performance management. You are comfortable owning a topic end to end rather than handling one narrow slice of it.

Recruitment Muscle

Hands-on experience running recruitment yourself: sourcing, screening, interviewing and working with hiring managers to define what "the right person" actually means for a role.

Process Builder

The ability to look at how things are done today, see what is missing or broken, and build a simple, workable process — including writing it down so that it survives without you.

Hands-On Attitude

Willingness to move between strategic work and practical everyday tasks in the same day. In a company our size, the same person designs the process and then makes the coffee order for the team event — and that is genuinely fine with you.

Communication & Language

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with people at every level, from the production floor to the leadership team. Fluent Lithuanian and good English.
